Bruce Durham is a Professional Geologist who graduated from University of Western Ontario in 1976. Between 1998 and 2007, he held various management positions with Canadian Royalties Inc., including President, & Vice President Exploration. He has worked in mineral exploration for over 40 years with junior and senior mining companies exploring for precious and base metal deposits in Ontario and Quebec, but also with companies exploring across Canada, in the USA, and in Africa.
Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Director
Don Christie, CPA is currently CEO and Director of Norvista Capital Corporation, a TSX-V listed resource merchant bank with a mandate to invest in resource exploration projects and small scale, pre-production projects. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Continental Gold Limited, a company listed on the TSX, from February 2008 until September 2010. Mr. Christie has over 25 years of experience in Canada's institutional equity and debt markets having worked for a number of years in investment banking with TD Securities and Newcourt Capital Group Inc. He was a founding partner of Ollerhead Christie & Company Limited in 2000, an investment banking boutique that specialized in structured debt private placements. He serves as a director of several resource based public companies.
Eugene Lee is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience working with Canadian-based international public companies in the areas of corporate finance, metal marketing, financial reporting, and corporate governance. His experiences in the mining industry encompass roles as senior management to director roles with greenfield projects to intermediate gold and base metal producers. He is currently the Director, Marketing of Hudbay Minerals Inc. He also serves as a director and audit committee chair of Canoe Mining Ventures Corp. and Giyani Gold Corp. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer of Commonwealth Silver and Gold Mining Inc., Chief Financial Officer of Premier Royalty Inc., Vice President, Finance and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Northgate Minerals Corporation and Senior Accountant at Centerra Gold Inc. Eugene articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit and assurance group before transferring to PwC’s consulting practice focusing on corporate bankruptcies and restructurings. He is a graduate of Trinity College at the University of Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance.
Michael Wilson has a 40-year career in the fields of geology and mining engineering of surface and underground mines. He has experience in the design, planning and capital/operating costs of mining operations in multiple countries and of various mineral commodities. His most recent position has been as President and Chief Executive Officer of Behre Dolbear Canada Ltd., mineral industry advisors, Mr. Wilson holds degrees in geology from the University of Western Ontario and mining engineering from McGill University.
Allen Ezer is a capital markets and corporate finance professional with more than a decade and-a-half of investment advisory, trading, corporate strategy, product launch, funding experience, coupled with start-up business management skills. Beginning his career with a “Tier-1” chartered Canadian bank and most recently recognized as a globally focused Executive Vice President in past positions held, he has navigated landscapes within the financial services, defence technology, mining, manufacturing and international distribution sectors, while exhibiting extensive public market understanding. His current and previous tenures include Audit and Corporate Governance committee Chair positions for multiple public companies while holding a seat on the Board of Directors of these entities.
Jim has had a very successful career as a senior officer of a number of Canadian financial institutions with positions of President of CIBC Wood Gundy and Vice Chairman of BMO Nesbitt Burns. He is currently CEO of Beqaj International, an advisor in human resources to the Canadian and US financial services industry.
